Total Control

Hi, everyone. This topic today is fully encompassing.

It it gets into sales. It gets into color. It gets into marketing. It gets into, design of what we're doing. It gets into creativity.

And more importantly, it gets into money, our money, and what we spend.

You know, I always talk about building and having the complete toolkit as a colorist in in the salon and doing this in a way that we have the best quality products for the best price.

Right now in our climate, you know, with the gas and food and everything being so expensive, we need to save money.

And the way we save money through products is through education.

What makes you buy products is sales and marketing.

And and honestly, it is easier to sell you and market something to you than it is to educate you and and teach you these things to to do to save you money.

But I wanna talk about this kind of in a whole.

You know, most salons have their permanent line. They're carrying demi permanent color, which makes no sense to me whatsoever because fading being such a huge issue with our clients. And the last thing we wanna do is use a color that's made to fade. But we are taught that we should be be refreshed in between, you know, color balance and refresh our hair, use the demi. It's not so aggressive.

You know, that's selling you to get you to buy more product.

And we do. We have so much color. I I'm telling you, I haven't worked with a salon that isn't color broke from buying all of this stuff.

We need a more gentle situation for for certain situations that we're in. We need something that we we feel comfortable pulling through the ends or maybe her hair is compromised or, you know, we're doing a tone or we don't wanna bump the base. For all the things that we do from permanent color to, you know, refreshing, glazing, toning, all of these things are color. The only difference from the permanent to the demi to the toners is the volume of developer and the pH of the color.

That's what makes it stronger or more gentle.

How do we do that with one? How can we take one tube of color and I can use it as permanent, cover gray, lift when when I need to, refresh ends, make a toner, make a glaze with one tube. This is where the fully educated colorist knows how to do all these things with one tube.

When you're being sold and marketed to, you buy all of these categories of color to do all of the things you need to do, where a really exceptional colorist will take one tube and do all of these things with one tube. And then the tools surrounding it, we need some lower volume developers.

We actually need some higher volume developers than your company makes, which you can buy and are available anywhere.

We need, the clears, like the Chromastics clear shades that we can make the translucents and the glazes, that we can mix that with any color.

And one of the most important things we need is a product like this.

This is called Kin Master Total Control.

This is the answer to so many of the questions, so many of the the products that you use and buy. This will put so much money in your pocket because you're not gonna be buying all of this stuff, which is so so important in today's day and age. But the creativity that it gives you, Instead of me buying certain colors and I'm like, well, I can buy this color or this color. You can't buy the full spectrum. You you don't have the room in the salon. You don't wanna spend all the money. But if you could take the color line you have and make it all those colors into a glaze or a toner, just by this one product.

So what Kin Master Total Control does is this. You add a very small amount to your color and it will lower the pH to make it a deposit only color. So for example, I am doing a gray coverage client.

I'm using permanent color. I have the color and the developer in the bowl. I finish her her regrowth. I finish her touch up. I can add this to the formula, lower the pH, and pull it through the ends. So now I'm doing the regrowth and the refreshing with the same color, with the same dye lot, just adjusting the pH of the color to meet the previously colored hairs needs and I'm done.

Don't have to go mix up a demi. Don't have to go do this. Don't have to go do that. Spend more money. Take more time. Use more product on this one client.

I can also make any color I have a toner. So I can take my, you know, level nine, ten, eleven, cools and ashes and beiges and and chocolates at that level, add KineMaster Total Control, lower the pH, and and make it a toner. Not only can I just add this to those colors, lower the pH and make it a toner, I can also take the Chromastics clear shades and add some shine and glaze to it? And I'm creating my own toners. I'm creating my own glazes for my clients.

So my color palette is huge. The amount of product I have is huge. I can do anything on any one. I just need the tools to do it, which is why I'm always talking about this toolbox. And I'm doing these series of videos taking these products and talking about them, why you need it in your toolbox, how you use it, how it saves you money, how it gives you more creativity.

The less you have back there, the more creative skill you have if you have the tools.

Absolutely as a colorist, if I was behind the chair now, this would absolutely be part of my daily and weekly regimen of colors that I did on my clients. Things I'm going to do on my clients. This is a part of that daily and weekly.

Some of the tools aren't daily and weekly. We use them every other week or maybe once a month or only on certain occasions when something's weird. But this is something that's going to replace your demis, replace your toners, replace all that money, put all that money back in your pocket and give you the freedom to be able to go, wow, that would make a great toner. And now you can make it that.

You look in your swatch book, that would make a great toner. That would make a great glaze. You can make those toners and glazes now by simply having the Kin Master Total Control, lowering it so it won't bump the base. So it's just a deposit only situation.

And with a clear shades, I have I can do anything as a colorist.

And this is where we need to go. This is the difference between teaching hair color. This is hair color education versus the product use education that you've always gotten.

And we need to remove the product use and learn the color education. There's a difference between being sold and being taught.

But you think about the space in your background, getting rid of all of that stuff. You think about how much money you're spending on it when two products can handle just about everything that you that you need to do. Next time you're placing an order, if you have never placed an order with us before, if you're seeing this for the first time, go on and buy this product and try it. It's amazing. It's gonna change your financial and creative day to day job. Love it. Can't wait for you all to try it.
