This is fast acting, dust free and allows you to control the speed, power, and gentleness of lift. Lift is achieved with 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume cream or liquid developer. It readily mixes to a smooth, creamy consistancy for easy application without puffing or swelling during process. Highly concentrated conditioning additives provide superior conditioning and incredible shine. Off scalp only.
